"This is a great taco shop. I ordered a steak breakfast burrito. It was large, full of meat, cheese and potatoes. While they do offer hot sauce or salsa, it would have been great if it had green chili inside. Solid breakfast burrito."

"Don Gilberto’s has become a tradition for me whenever I’m in Montrose, and today’s lunch reminded me why. Our family ordered carnitas tacos, cheese enchiladas, a chili relleno burrito, and plenty of rice and beans—everything was fresh, full of flavor, and came out quickly. Everyone loved what they had, and the atmosphere was just as good as the food. It’s relaxed, welcoming, and the kind of place where you feel right at home, even if you’re just passing through. I may not be a local, but this spot is always on my list when I’m in town. Highly recommend!"

"Great flavor and amount of food. Had the Ensenada (shrimp and steak with pico de gallo) burrito. The steak is the charred and chopped kind of steak and the shrimp was big. We ate inside and it was nice, a few tables. A laid back place."

"I stopped in for a breakfast burrito and it made me wish I lived here in Montrose. The lady behind the counter had a big smile and was so nice and my burrito was delivered fast, was well made and hot. I highly recommend."
